Service Unavailable in IIS Web Page

When you browse your web site, if you receive the following error message:
Service Unavailable
It maybe application pool is not running or not started.

Solution
- Click Start, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
- Expand ServerName -> Application Pools -> start your application pool
